I am a Product Designer with 5 years of experience leading the conception and evolution of B2B digital products, working across complex domains such as CRM, ERP, and currently Telecom within a SaaS environment.

My work goes beyond interface design. I actively contribute to product strategy by leading discovery processes, defining product metrics, and prioritizing roadmaps based on data and business impact. I specialize in translating complex problems into scalable solutions, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

Throughout my career, I have led end-to-end initiatives — from opportunity identification to delivery and outcome measurement — working closely with Product and Engineering teams. I have also contributed to the creation and evolution of Design Systems, driving consistency, efficiency, and scalability across multiple products, including government systems.

I have owned the development and launch of mobile applications, leading UX decisions and ensuring high standards of usability, performance, and user adoption. I am an alumni of the Apple Developer Academy, where I developed iOS products and deepened my expertise in mobile design.

Currently, I work on a B2B SaaS product in the Telecom sector, focused on passive network monitoring, where I actively contribute to product strategy, user experience improvements, and business value generation.
